- Fresh foods - frozen peas and berries possible exception if you must!
- Fresh foods - use Braggs Liquid Aminos in place of soy sauce
- Steaming, boiling, baking, broiling, dehydrating - fire best, then fire from gas, next electrical, then microwave (do not use plastic when microwaving)

- Green or Ginger Teas (Green Tea has caffeine)

- Super Foods
- Stevia (1st choice) and Raw Honey (2nd choice)
- Celtic Sea Salt

- Tempeh, Tofu (sparingly), beans

- Kefir, Almond Milk, Rice Milk (beginning only)

- Ghee, Flax Oil (salad dressing) or Macadamia and Coconut oils for high temperature cooking
- External use only
- Light saute in Ghee

- Apples, berries (blackberries, strawberries), lemons/lime, pomegranates, pineapple, seasonal fruit, minimize bananas
