Wake 1/2 hour earlier than usual (preferably before 7 AM!)                            
Do 5 PRANAS in bed or later with other meditations                                    
Do EYE GYM exercise                            
Test 1st morning URINE (enter pH number here)                            
Test 2nd morning URINE (enter pH number here)                            
Test SALIVA (enter pH number here)                            
SCRAPE TONGUE with spoon or tongue scraper                            
BRUSH TEETH before breakfast              
Have 1 tsp to 1 tbsp of organic GHEE (room temp)              
LIVER FLUSH (wait 1/2 hour before eating)                            
Follow w/ 1 cup of LIVER TEA (Milk Thistle and Dandelion) and WATER (glass)              
Chew 1 tbs of SESAME SEED followed by 1 cup (8 oz) of WATER w/DROPS                            
RE-HYDTRATE in morning with 2 to 4 cups WATER in total including above                            
Take 1 to 4 PROBIOTICS                        
DIGESTIVE BITTERS (1/2 dropper in 1/4 c. water) or ENZYMES before breakfast                        
BREAKFAST: Protein and Vegetables or Green Drink w/ Flax Oil and non fat Kefir, Kitchari, or Alkalizing meal (eat like a PRINCE or PRINCESS)              
Take high quality MULTI VITAMIN with meal              
Take high quality VITAMIN C with meal                            
Take 800 IU's daily of VITAMIN E                            
Take 25,000 IU's daily of BETA CAROTENE                
Take B-12 Sublingual                            
Take 1 LIVER SUPPLEMENT with meal                            
Take 30,000 IU's daily of VITAMIN A for 1 week                            
Sip 1 cup of FENNEL GINGER TEA                            
TIBETAN RITES (21 reps each)                      
SKIN BRUSH before shower (from toes to head)                            
EXTERNAL OLEATION with Coconut or Sesame Oil (from head to toes)                            
NASAL IRRIGATION                            
SHOWER using only natural products and clean only essential areas                            
Alternate NOSTRIL BREATHING (21 rounds)                            
Do 5 to 20 minutes of MEDITATION (Sat Nam or Ham Sa)                            
Go for a 10 minute walk in nature and do CIRCULAR BREATHING                            
INTENTION SETTING for the day (dedicate benefits to higher purpose)                            
AFTERNOON:
Have 1 tsp of SESAME SEEDS between breakfast and lunch                            
Have 1/4 cup of PUMPKIN SEEDS between breakfast and lunch (pre-soaked)                            
DIGESTIVE BITTERS (1/2 dropper in 1/4 c. water) or ENZYMES before lunch                            
LUNCH: large meal of Protein and Vegetables (Phase 1 & 4), Kitchari (Phase 2), or Alkalizing meal (Phase 3) - eat like a KING or QUEEN!                            
Have CULTURED VEGETABLES with lunch                            
Have LIVER SUPPLEMENT with lunch                            
Sip 1 cup of FENNEL GINGER TEA                            
PROGRESSIVE RELAXATION for 5 to 10 minutes              
EVENING/NIGHT:
Have 1 tsp of SESAME SEEDS between lunch and dinner                            
Drink 64 to 96 oz. of WATER with Greens and Flax Oil before 6 PM                            
DIGESTIVE BITTERS (1/2 dropper in 1/4 c. water) or ENZYMES before dinner                            
DINNER: small meal of either Grains and Vegetables, Kitchari, or Alkalizing recipe (eat like a PAUPER! ...avoid excess protein)                    
Take 1 LIVER SUPPLEMENT with meal                            
Have one serving of SEA VEGETABLES (add Nori, Dulse and/or Kombu to rice)                            
Have 2-8 TRIPHALA with a cup of water before bed

Go to BED before 10 PM! (9:00 to 9:30 PM even better)                    
INTENTION SETTING for dreams and next day            
MISC:
Maintain a MEDIA FAST all day                    
CONSCIOUS EATING (practice at all meals)                            
FOOD COMBINING (practice at all meals)                    
GYM (Yoga, Tai chi, Chi Gung, and Acupuncture are also great for cleanse)                    
SWEAT for 10-20 minutes a day: steam, sauna
